The 5.8 oz. 65% polyester and 35% cotton twill fabric delivers the same durable, easy-care hand feel as the short-sleeve companion, with the additional sleeve length providing protection from heat, splatter, and incidental contact during prep and service.
Ten press studs secure the doubled front from collar to hem in the traditional chef jacket format, and the mandarin collar provides a clean professional neckline. A pen pocket on the left sleeve allows quick writing tool access without reaching into trousers. The press-stud fastening opens and closes more quickly than fabric buttons—a practical advantage in fast-moving kitchen environments.
